3. Merchandise & Orders
We offer a variety of merchandise designed by college athletes. Each product is printed and fulfilled through our distributor. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time for reasons such as inaccuracies, fraud detection, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be completed before an order is processed. We accept major credit cards and other forms of payment as provided during checkout.
5. Shipping & Delivery

6. Refunds & Returns
We do not offer refunds or returns, as a percentage of each sale is paid as royalties to the athletes who contribute to the design. All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, and logos, is the intellectual property of Only Fresh Designs or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this site without express written permission.
8. Athlete-Directed Designs
All merchandise is designed in collaboration with college athletes, who provide creative input. The athletes are compensated with royalties based on product sales. By purchasing merchandise, you acknowledge that a portion of your payment is allocated to the athletes involved in the design.
9. Limitation of Liability
Only Fresh Designs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to products, shipping delays, or errors in fulfillment by third parties.
