At Only Fresh Designs, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, athlete-designed merchandise. Please review our shipping policy below:

Processing Time
All orders are made to order.

Standard products are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Officially licensed school apparel may take up to 7–10 business days to process due to production requirements. Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Delivery times vary depending on the destination but typically range between 5-10 business days within the U.S.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds as a portion of each sale goes directly to the athletes we partner with. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to resolve the issue.
