Return and Refund Policy

At Only Fresh Designs, we create unique merchandise in collaboration with college athletes, and a portion of each sale directly supports them through royalties. For this reason, we do not offer refunds. Please review our return policy below.

No Refunds
Since each purchase supports college athletes by contributing a percentage of sales as royalties, we are unable to offer refunds on any products. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Defective or Damaged Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at biz.ofd@gmail.com with details and photos of the defect or damage. We will gladly provide a replacement or store credit once the issue is verified.

How to Initiate a Return for Defective Products

  1. Contact us at biz.ofd@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective or damaged product.
  3. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2-3 business days with next steps.
